New Leaf has everything to personalise your detox experience and get that little bit extra from your detox visit. If you have something special you’d like to do that we don’t have listed, let us know. We’ll do our best to find the service for you.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP: For maximum weight loss and muscle toning we suggest four Personal Fitness Training sessions for every week of your stay. If you are training above this volume then we suggest adding some plant-based protein. We have our own brand of whole grain brown rice protein available for sale in the resort. Protein taken at the correct times will ensure good, tight body toning with zero muscle depletion.
